By registering for Guidewire DEVSummit (the “Event”), you agree to these Terms, forming a legal contract between Guidewire Software, Inc. (“Guidewire,” “we,” or “us”), in association with MuseComm Pvt. Ltd. and the registered attendee (“you”). If registering on behalf of another, you confirm that they have been informed of and accepted these Terms.
The Event will be held in person and MuseComm Pvt. Ltd. is the official sponsor and payment partner for Guidewire DEVSummit 2025. These Terms apply to all attendees.
This Event is open only to individuals who have purchased tickets or received them through a Partner Participation Package.
All event registrations, bulk payments, and partner contributions must be processed through MuseComm’s secure payment gateway. Participants and partners must ensure payments are completed via the designated platform to confirm registration.
A registration confirmation grants you a single admittance. You are responsible for all related expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation, internet, utilities), and Guidewire is not liable for such costs.
You may not sell, trade, transfer, or share your registration, invitation, or access unless explicitly authorized by us. Violating this policy may result in cancellation of access, forfeiture of payments, reporting to law enforcement, and prohibition from future events.
By attending, you grant Guidewire the right to use your likeness, voice, and performance (“Appearance”) in photographs, videos, and audio recordings (“Recordings”). Guidewire may use these Recordings in any media format worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, advertising, or other purposes. All intellectual property rights in the Recordings belong to Guidewire.
You authorize Guidewire to edit, distribute, and sublicense the Recordings and agree not to include third-party intellectual property unless properly licensed. You release Guidewire from any claims related to the use of your Appearance and waive rights to review or receive compensation for any Recording usage
Unauthorized filming, recording, or transmission of Event content by attendees is strictly prohibited.
=All intellectual property rights in the Event, its content, and distributed materials belong to Guidewire and its sponsors or speakers. You may not use trademarks or trade names from the Event without prior written permission.
Guidewire reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Event, including its name, format, content, themes, speakers, venue, and schedule. While we will endeavor to notify attendees of changes promptly, prior notice is not guaranteed.
If the Event is rescheduled or cancelled, Guidewire may offer attendance at a rescheduled Event. If you decline or if no rescheduled Event occurs, you may request a credit or refund within 10 days of notification. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days. No refunds are provided for participants attending under sponsorship packages.
This paragraph sets forth your sole remedy in case of cancellation or rescheduling, and Guidewire disclaims all other liabilities.
If you consent to share your personal information (e.g., name, email, job title, employer) with sponsors or attendees, it may be used for networking and communication before and after the Event. Sponsors' use of your data is governed by their privacy policies. A list of sponsors is available on the DEVSummit website(guidewiredevsummit.com).
We engage third-party service providers for registration, badge scanning, and administrative support, and they may use your data solely for these services. For more details, review our privacy policy. You can opt out of data sharing by contacting support@guidewire.com.
You agree to indemnify and hold Guidewire, its affiliates, and staff harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your actions during the Event.
To the extent permitted by law, Guidewire, its affiliates, and sponsors are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Event. Guidewire’s total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Event attendance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts in Bengaluru, India.
